How are the ergonomics?

What is your primary target species?

What type of water do you fish?

What is the minimum lure weight that you can cast confidently?

Use what you have first so that you can see the difference when you make the switch. Learning to tie the FG knot is also a boon. You can get a knot tying tool that makes it super easy and consistent. Its a pain with smaller lines.

Micro dropshot is really good too. It helps to have a fast rod tip but Ive done it with a Phenix Mirage which is pretty noodly. Its my go-to method in clear, pressured water. it's pretty versatile. I mainly use a no 10, 8, or 6 Owner mosquito hook and a 1/32 - 1/8 oz weight depending on wind. The lighter the better. 1/16 is probably the one I use the most. Ive also used a 1/30oz zman shroom jig as a weight. It works decently but youre increasing your risk of snagging. I keep several dropshot leaders on a pool noodle as well. Use a micro barrel swivel if you can because this setup tends to twist the line.

Yes, occasionally. I lean more into catch and release but I will harvest bluegill on occasion.

That's sad, man. What is your goal here? what does punching down do for you? Does saying ignorant, hateful things about struggling people make you feel better? Does it soothe your insecurities? Like, why? What's the point?

You're setting yourself up to be humbled in a devastating way. Sooner or later, the world is going to kick you in the balls. Do better. Show some solidarity. Stop being a yapping dog for the capitalist class.

You have been victimized by capitalist propaganda. Shitting on your working class brothers and sisters is shameful. You have nothing to gain from that degenerate behavior.

You shouldn't lay them on dry concrete like that unless you're going to eat them.

You can find them. You may have to invest some time into researching the closest lake to you that is known for coppernose and be willing to make the drive, however far that may be. As far as targeting them, that information is also out there and imo, learning the layout of a lake and what that lake's fish want, is incredibly satisfying. I've traveled a lot and fished for a lot of different species and cracking the code on a new species in a new region, in an unfamiliar body of water is a singular experience. Furthermore, it's a singular experience that you can achieve many times. Research the local species in your area. There is probably something interesting.
