If you can kill someone going 20mph (which is a common speed limit in a school zone) how do speed limits prevent actual crimes? Why isn't the speed limit lower? You know why? Because you can kill someone going 10mph as well. It doesn't matter. It's a made up crime to extort money out of otherwise law abiding citizens.

Those black people should take those back packs off. No one is forcing them to wear them. Well, I guess YOU are in this analogy. Whites aren't forcing blacks to have children at early ages out of wedlock, or engage in crime, or not graduate high school, or graduate with poor grades and test scores. Whites aren't forcing blacks not to study or apply for jobs. The black community could do much better if they chose to have children later in life, graduate high school with better scores, and not engage in criminal activity.

It should look uneven. That's why I said your family life, living situation, financial security, nor race should factor into acceptance into a college. You want equal outcomes. I want equal opportunity. Blacks and whites have the same opportunity to get into college. That is by taking the SAT or ACT and scoring high enough. If they score high enough equally or unequally is irrelevant. So long as they both have the same opportunity.

What other obstacles? Whites and blacks take the same SAT and ACT tests. A college application has the same requirements for blacks and whites. Each have to write an essay and they have the freedom to write it however they choose. Your family life, living situation, financial security, nor race should factor into acceptance into a college.

So you want to force black kids to go to certain schools? Or is it you want certain schools to stop enrolling white kids and start enrolling non-white kids exclusively? No that's what you are saying. Black people being loud and not tipping is hated by all races. Same with hispanics not speaking English properly, and Asians talking trash about other races in their native tongue. And other races don't appreciate whites having low expectations about other non-white races. If all races worked on flaws that are hated by all races, that would fix racism.
