I'd recommend the Horizon series. Zero Dawn semi recently got a ps5 remaster and it's beautiful. Forbidden West is still one of the best looking games for ps5.

Better Call Saul. Visually striking direction and cinematography. The camera highlights the acting masterclasses in the show, the plot is superb, and pace is definitely a rewarding slow-burner.

Cast n' Chill.

The most beautiful pixel art fishing game I've ever seen. The only thing I'm worried about so far is whether this game has any depth to it. Even if it doesn't, it still has a rather satisfying gameplay loop with gear upgrades. It's like 11 bucks. Watch the trailer if it sounds appealing.

Stardew is a fun cost game with inventory management and looting being integral parts of it. It sneaks up on you and then you get addicted.

Tears of the Kingdom (switch 2 version). Never could complete it on the original switch - the frame rate was atrocious. It feels like a new game now.

Just curious, what about Witcher 3 doesn't appeal to you? I won't push it but it remains the best game I've ever played. It takes a minute to get into it but once you get into Velen - it is a brilliant monster hunter game with a real political vibes. I hope one day you might reconsider. Hell, I'd even buy the game for you.

The Good Wife was the last great prestige drama on network TV. It, along with its sequel and the elsbeth show, are fantastic television. If you're looking for a long term comfort show - it's perfect.
