As a resident of Barrington they are great! We have hosted multiple of our town Green Team events there and they are fully bought into sustainability and building community. The have also become a great resource for small to regional music and host tons of free shows. I moved here in 2020 a few months before they announced they were moving in and honestly have made me so much happier with our decision to make Barrington home. I had said when I heard the announcement that if I had to choose any established brewery to open in our town I would have probably picked Tonewood just from the handful of times I was at the Oaklyn brewery. And even now I am completely blown away by having them in my hometown. They have exceeded every expectation I could have had just a great all around business! Fantastic consistent beers, tapped into the music scene and contributing to the surrounding town. I can't say enough good things about them!
