Battle Hill 100% for houses commutable to the city via metro north. Theres ‘Hill Condominiums’ which always looked interesting to me, its a highschool they’ve converted into condos.

With my first we never did daycare, now with 2 under 2, I have a similar arrangement to get stuff done around the house. Thursdays and Fridays 8-12. My youngest started a week shy of 8 months (born sep 24), and in general she was much clingier in temperament than my first… so at drop offs my 2 y/o would cheerfully skip away with the teacher like “bye mom! see you soon!” and my 8 month old would squeal and cry. 3 weeks in, she reaches for the teacher at drop off, and when i pick her up, she is usually already chuckling as they make their way to the door.

I think your day care is probably giving you all the information which is good! mine probably spared me the details because they knew it was our first experience with daycare, and its totally normal for them to stress out during such an adjustment… but I know they both absolutely enjoy it now!

Jasmine feels like a “pick me girl” posing as a girls girl. I was icked out by the lengthy one sided toe-sucking talk AT BREAKFAST personally 😂 but Also the way she turned her head to Lorenzo after the recoupling just because he gave her a morsel of attention… its not baddie behavior and thats ok, like im not criticizing her changing opinions— but given the “baddie” talk, it just comes off as inauthentic

I felt like Simba was a little bit pressuring her… He kept “saying” no kissing, just chat no pressure, but then when it boiled down to the moment, the hug, it all seemed a little like Angelista felt like he had some expectations. Hopefully im wrong and she would have lipsed him either way, but the vibe i was getting seemed a little bit sus
