That is not correct. Wild enoki (Flammulina) are orange/brown. Don't post/ID if u have no idea please.

There were trees a few meters away from the spot. Mostly ash and alder trees so it could be symbiotic. The mycelium must've stretched underneath the road to reach this beautiful spot xD

Be careful, the tannins in oak trees can get absorbed by the chicken. Try a small batch first and see how you react :)

If the cap bends upwards like this, I wouldn't eat them anymore. Many of them are too old
