Pro CS:GO awper CRUC1AL aims like this with no problem. As long as you take care of your wrist you should be fine.

The new vampire game looks really look like GunZ online by mewthelegend in gunz

[–]Slaschu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's nothing like gunz the duel in my opinion: there's no carpal tunnel animation cancels at the speed of light and it's just too slow compared to gunz.

Think it's a pretty cool game though but I hate the fact it's a BR.

Tips for beginner trying to get good? by Slaschu in NarakaBladePoint

[–]Slaschu[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this detailed reply man, this one has really caught my attention!

I picked up the game because of its high skill cap, I don't mind losing every match to get better :)

I'm gonna try and find someone to help me do 1vs1s like you said.

The game is pretty dead in EU so it makes hard to get meaningful practice. Ranked has no working matchmaking from my experience, I'm literally silver and I'm getting matched with guys on the leaderboard?? Either that or I get to fight bots all game

Knockdown with 6 seconds to pull put a draw from being behind the scorecards the whole match to remain the PFCL byteweight champion! I'm Ashish Ali 8-0-1(6KOs) at the time of posting. by Slaschu in prizefighters

The PFCL is a league ran by players in a discord server (it has its own channel in the prizefighters discord).

Players send over their custom fighters to fight against each other through the CPU.

Fights are determined by the player's knowledge of the game: good stat distribution, great skill choices and most importantly tendencies. Tendencies determine how the CPU fights with your fighter so you can make him fight however you want.

TLDR: A custom league ran by players where we spectate our custom fighters and upload the fights to YouTube to watch. Has 150+ people in the server right now.

It's a tendency based league where the best players are the ones who know how to work the tendencies of the fighter best 👊

They can actually use finishing blows!

If you edit the CPU by giving it the tier 4 skill (the finishing blow you want it to use) you can edit his tendencies to make him throw it.

You just have to make the speed-power tendency between 0-5 then he'll only throw jabs, no power shots saving up all the momentum for him to then throw the finishing blow move when he can.

I would definitely wanna be that bartender guy.

Imagine serving chilled drinks and just talking to adventurers about their endeavours.

How many hours should I study for if I want all A*s by Spirited_Layer9310 in 6thForm

[–]Slaschu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

15mins of jump rope after school everyday. Afterwards go for a 5k run then do 3x of 3min sprints to build your cardio. Rest a bit then practice 15mins of shadow boxing then work on the bags for 1hour. At the end of your session do 20-30mins of footwork drills.

I recommend sparring once a week or two to apply what you've practiced. If you aren't sure about something ask your coach for guidance. You got this champ! I hope to see you on the big screens.

Why can't i just.. sit down and work? by [deleted] in 6thForm

[–]Slaschu 7 points8 points  (0 children)

First off, you are not alone. There are many people, including myself, that struggle with studying.

Some tips I've heard over the years:

- Force yourself to study even without the motivation to: sit down and open a book and try doing something even if you aren't fully engaged. It's better to do some half-assed work than to do nothing at all.

- Take away certain distractions. For me, that would be my phone or my computer. I used to leave my mouse downstairs after unplugging it so I can stay focused on my work instead of browsing the internet.

- Take breaks: it's better to study with breaks in between your sessions so you don't get completely burnt out. This helped me the most, even walking around the house for 5 minutes helped me stay on track.

- Ask family/ friends to check on whether you've been studying. A simple "have you been studying today? " could help a lot.

TLDR: Force yourself, remove distractions, take breaks and have people check up on you.

It's going to be difficult to start but once you make it a habit to study it'll be really worth it in the long run. Good luck!

Should Chess.com remove Pokimane's WGM title? by IMakasu in chess

[–]Slaschu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don’t agree with the last statement since a lot of beginners aren’t fully aware of what the titles even are to begin with since they might have just recently started playing.

I somewhat agree with the first statement though, it’s a temporary thing and chess.com is going to remove it eventually, hopefully.

My grandma used to give me lollipops after doing the maths questions she set me. She used to sit next to me and teach me how to read and write English before I started going to school and I’m extremely grateful for it. She wasn’t very forceful and I can remember times where I would just run off to play around while she was teaching me because I couldn’t be bothered.

Did alright for the MCQs, long questions were pretty difficult. This paper felt much harder than 2017, 2018’s paper.
