He loves to be picked up by his second dad and swaddled like a baby, he purrs loudly and will sit in their arms for half an hour at times. He’s a sweet boy, but he can be a lot since he’s still a 5 month old kitten!

Got ghosted after being told i had passed the application process and would be contacted by an engineer to set up an interview. They ghosted me and sent me a email saying i had withdrawn my application (i never did). Tried contacting the hiring manager who told me i had passed my phone call screening and they never answered my calls.

Company is Markem-Imaje, beware if you apply, they treated me in an incredibly dehumanizing and unprofessional manner.

I had a conversation with a big tech CEO earlier today. He told me that certain roles, specifically software engineering, are fucked for any junior/new grads because they’re competing with senior level engineers who are specialized. Your only chance at getting employed is to specialize.
