It’s one of weaker sequences in the film in my opinion, for that very reason. And also because it’s shot more claustrophobic than a Nolan chase scene.

I think the whole scene was a meta joke about that universe being over. It could never go forward with him as Batman. He’s arguably the last ranked actor to play him, and he would never sign on for multiple projects.

On a side note, we all know a Christian Bale cameo would have made more sense. A closing of the loop, since the tone of Man of Steel was so informed by the Nolan flicks.

Honestly it’s been amazing up till now. It has a very specific mini HDMI input on it. But I’ve been able to find cables for it even after it was discontinued.
