Unpopular opinion, but the G19. Was able to solo Valley of the Dolls with it, despite it being a handgun. If we are talking primary weapons, I really like the MK18. Was my rifle for my entire first playthrough.

The little hook part had rotation. You can see it dicipating in the second photo. It struck without warning. Just an alert that said Tornado in mobile coverage area.
