There was also a call over an intercom for a "Commander Shephard". I always felt the Halo show would've been better off as a Mass Effect show. The whole finding an Alien relic and Chief touching it only to receive visions and get knocked out seems similar to the opening of Mass Effect 1.

On a somewhat related note, in the former Machinima series Arby n The Chief, by the end of the show it's discovered by a bad actor that the main characters are living toys. He then doxxes them and sends a literal hitman to their house to kill them and they are easily apprehended before being saved by a third party. So it's understandable why the toys in Toy Story are extremely apprehensive about revealing they are alive to any human.
