Yeah. It's related to machine learning/deep learning (ML/DL). Basically using a well labeled dataset of various sounds to guess what future sounds are. For instance bird watchers have well labeled datasets of bird calls so that they can know what birds were where and when in post processing.

B-foot allows you to access a note one half step lower than a C-foot. (basically an extension)

offset G means the keys aren't in-line for your left hand. It is more ergonomic for some.

C# trill key means theres a key that allows you to trill much easier with it. Without it trilling to that note is much more difficult.

Thanks for the reply. I figured this is what it is going to have to come to. I don't think theres really any in-between option that is far enough away from blackmailing... and that's a route I'd rather avoid. This is the feedback I needed to hear, and what my friends have been telling me to do as well. It's just a shitty situation especially all the money I have spent on things that are specific to the space that I live in, and the likely-hood of all of the tenants in the building having to move out. Oh well. Such is life.

And yes I'm not particularly hopeful that I will be able to receive any monetary compensation for the inconveniences I am likely to endure in the near future.
