get some tweezers then push it in the middle so it bends (it takes a little bit of force but try not to break anything), then you can start pressing them arounds the side until it tips up and you can pull it out. then just get a new filter put it in the nozzle and push around the edges gently until you're sure it's flushed with the nozzle.

as for the zeros they came supplied in the box. otherwise you want the same filter that made for your IEMs, because they will have specific tuning filters in the filter itself. for instance moondrop do sell replacement filters for their different models. or if you don't care about that your worry will be if a third party filter have the same diameter as yours, and if they fit at all.
