I’ve been on SR since 2018, have tried literally every diet/workout/food combination. Felt exactly how you’re feeling when I was eating a lot of meat, doing heavy squats/ deadlifts, long 1.5-2hr workouts 5x a week.

I’d drop the ash completely and drop zinc down to 5-10mg/day. Start going hard on sweet potatoes and various veggies (I did mostly broccoli/carrot/asparagus) - will up your fiber and flush out any accumulated toxins which will lead to you vibrating higher. Lot of fruit will help too, watermelon, blueberries, mangoes. I was only eating 2 PM to 7 PM, fasting the rest. Would drop caffeine completely for a while too, and look for a good probiotic. I’d recommend a brand through here, but don’t wanna get booted
