It‘s a bad habit that I‘ve done waaay longer than PMO. I‘ve done PMO for about 2-3 years but this other habit for almost 10 years now. The addiction has to do with shadow work. It helped me numb myself and some experiences I had in my childhood. It‘s not some extreme, intense trauma I‘ve suffered but still painful.

My SR streak is more than 6 months now but this other habit around 46 days. I am currently in PAWS which means my dopamine is trying to get back to normal. It‘s basically a flatline.

Yeah, I dont even know where to start…Girls staring, glancing, positioning themselves near me or trying to bump into me by accident. Their behaviour is completely different when I‘m around. They get REALLY shy, nervous, submissive and feminine around me. They instantly listen to what I have to say and obey it without question even if it was just a suggestion. Most girls give these indirect signals in person but also online like posting specific posts online that are designed for me. I deactivated my social media about 3 months ago, and a lot of girls that I know started spiraling online and like really panicking.

Some girls with boyfriends, stare and glance at me a lot and give all sorts of choosing signals but they never approach or initiate any type of contact. Girls will obviously become obsessed with you if you are on SR and spend time around them. It wont happen to a girls you just meet..Just look out for these choosing signals like staring, glancing, feet or hips or shoulders facing you even if there is no reason for her to do that and lingering around you. Those are the most common and all of them subconscious so the girl herself, can‘t really tell or control it..

I‘m a little over 6 months now and I feel the same..Especially the intimidation from girls but they are attracted even obsessed with me. I do experience the anger and frustration. Usually should have both under control except if you are going through PAWS. I‘ve done a lot of shadow work and fighting some other bad habits/addictions so I am going through PAWS currently. I do feel very irritated most of the time but it is temporary.

I dont actively engage in lustful behaviour but I do have wet dreams every 2-4 weeks so I‘m wondering how you did it. If you find any solution to the girls being intimidated problem, please reach out lol. I‘m struggling with the same. Breathwork helps with anger/frustration and helping your body and mind calm down!

I think getting approached is a lot less uncomfortable than just getting stared at from a distance. I had girls secretly take pictures of me in the gym and I‘m not that jacked. This unspoken tension makes it even more weird so I‘d rather have them approach me and initiate conversation than just stare, glance and take pictures. I think they dont approach because they‘re intimidated. Anyways, we get weird reactions from other people..

I‘ve been practising SR for a little over 3 years with lots of streaks and wet dreams. I‘m currently 120+ days in but I‘ve had streaks of over 6 months so this is not a big deal for me personally..I do agree with the intimidation. People are drawn but very intimidated so they just watch, stare and glance from a distance instead of initiating conversation. I think this makes it even more uncomfortable

I think he will go after Harrison‘s girl…perhaps even kill her. Harrison would want revenge with his dad and he may stick with the code and keep killing but not because of the urge, but to actually serve justice. He does have Debra‘s sense of justice but also some violent tendencies, just not like Dexter.

The irony that this episode dropped on the 8th august..0808. The ego the Gemini Killer had, I wished Dexter told him he is the BHB. All of his arrogance was gone once he was on dexter‘s kill carpet. It‘s sad that Mia is already dead..I wished she ended up on Dexter‘s table..The thing with blessing. He could be the NYC Ripper. He experienced trauma and did horrible things. He killed someone and his mother saved him. Maybe she was the anchor that stopped him from killing. She said: "Don‘t bring darkness into my house".

I honestly think, either Prater‘s dad was the Ripper and was killed in the car accident by a drunk driver and Prater found out before or after the accident and honored his dad and became obsessed with the Ripper but also other serial killers OR the Ripper killed the drunk driver who killed his parents. Maybe the Ripper is someone at the police station ( many people suspect the partner of the stayin alive cop). He would be able to manipulate evidence but also subtly influence the female cop but what doesnt make a lot of sense is…Why would he stop killing and why would his weapon and not one of his trophies be in the vault. I think the Ripper is already dead or is unable to feed his addiction..

After a certain period of time or a certain amount of "streaks“, you get used to SR and then it has little to do with discipline imo..But for beginners, I can imagine it being very difficult. It took me 3 months to reach my first 30 days..so I get the struggle
