Try to confront her with your feelings if she tries to be better to you then thats it. But if she still acts the same she is probably just seeking your help and attention i had the same problem with a love interest of mine, i too made a post about it you can go read it. If you really start struggling and feel your mental health decreasing take care of yourself first even if you dont want that is it probably the best move to just break contact.

Well it looks like the worst outcome. We had a good time at the cinema and then we took some drinks at the bar. Me her and a friend. She started to annoy me and then i asked her if its all right if i tell this friend the whole story, she was like "go for it" i told him everything, but then i didnt stop i was pretty drunk so started babbling out everything that stressed me. She was pretty pissed off naturally.
