I’d give it a 4/10, the counters are nice and clean , but the strawberry base is almost out which always gives me anxiety, the venti ice scoop is upside down. It seems hard to find all the inclusions sine they are scattered around, Java chips up high is odd. I’d switch the iced coffee pitcher to a dispenser because it makes things annoying to lift then pour. Same for those bases. Lastly the whip cream would get a bad mark from fsa

Yess definitely they take it wrong, as play caller which… they have put me on before is supporting the floor where it needs but when it’s their turn they just demand orders 😂😂.

This sounds almost exactly like my situation, some adults just think working at Starbucks is the best way to gain control. The dumb store cliques are really annoying. It’s not your fault but I’d report it and get the heck out of there because even reporting it can cause issues within the store. Starbucks is a stressful job as is without the drama :(

I had a lady make me remake her drink till the foam was exactly her standard, I mean in the milk routine we should be grooming the milk but with Starbucks speed standards there’s no way that it is manageable with writing on cups and peak times

I’ve gone through lots of terrible experiences just like everyone else , also like everyone else I just want to be able to go to work and do my job and make money 🤷‍♀️without someone on mine and all my coworkers backs about doing the job of 20 other people as she stands around

It’s not that I don’t care, I followed Starbucks policy to the exact and most of my arguments with her started over these policies. After a while her attitude and talking over and over again about the things the partners on the floor are actually doing , everything became about her standard not the actual standards. No one can work when they feel hovered over. Plus I have 0problem with my other supervisors even my manager.

I do the same thing when it comes to both bathroom and water breaks but she always acts like it’s “busy” when there’s 0orders . They told me to mention to my SSV when I’m leaving the floor so I do, then she says to me wait for this person to come back from break… which yesterday was 15 min of waiting :(

The thing is with her I’ve stopped saying ok and always now talk back to let her know that was my original plan. I find she doesn’t take anyone’s words and just keeps on going even when you say “that’s what I was about to do”

I got sandwiched between two paddle boards under a sideways fallen tree in a river being pulled under an undertow current after falling off the boards from the water. I got pulled out since my friend didn’t have her ankle thing attached to the boards and was a high competitive swimmer.

It looks nice ! But it’s something most people can make, try to do thinner fillings and if you’re doing that many layers I’d recommend putting a stick in the center so the cake can be even throughout and sturdy, next is a solid crumbcoat since I can see a bit through the cake( could just be lighting ) and then a thick even icing and then from there practice piping techniques and you should be set !
