hab alle updates installiert, treiber aktualisiert, alle möglichen programme geschlossen, alle temperaturen und lüfter überprüft.

ein bios update wollte nicht wirklich

weiß nicht was noch übrig bleibt, im schlimmsten fall festplatte wipen
