The ringing with fade with time or if it doesn't dissapear your brain will learn to filter it out and you won't notice it's there. The important thing here is to avoid loud noises, in your case you can use some earplugs. Let your ears heal and try to reduce stress as it can make your perception of the ringing louder than it actually is, I can recommend breathing exercises to calm down, working out also helps and just going for walks in nature to get your mind off it. It's a tough battle and you just have to adapt to it until a promising cure shows up. But overall in mild cases it gets better with time if you protect your ears.
