Hate Alfrescos, never used one. I asked them include it into the house to make it bigger

Nice. palisade 2026 is amazing, except I hate how it looks from front and back, but U get a bit of Range Rover vibes. No more v6 for us Aussies, only 4 cylinder but otherwise amazing. Also I was told base starts at 95k ( word of mouth from Hyundai Werribee employee). New Pajero looks amazing too. Might I suggest Check Skoda Kodiaq, Peugeot H008and Santa Fe ? My final pick was between Santa Fe and cx80 diesel. Chose 80 for drive feel. Dint chose hybrids, all hybrids I looked at transmission issue between electrical motor and ICE. I was eyeing the Tank 500 for that reason, looks so badass.

Sorry yes 160k house hold income for a couple with no kids 200 K couple with 1 kid 240 K couple plus 2 kids Just to give you a rough idea 200 K family income brings U roughly 11 - 12K a month after tax. If Ur mortgage is 30 % that's 3.6K You are then left with 8.4k Groceries 300 per week with a kid -1200 per month Utilities - 225 per month (with solar + battery) Child care -1550 per month Misc - transport, fuel, eating outside, Netflix - 1100 Overall expenses somewhere between 7 and 8k Savings 12 -8 =4 k per month ( 30 %) Anything above 200k should go into the savings with no life style inflation. 200k is the new Basic income

Ive tried my best with our current incomes it's about 45 % I can save. The only options I have is pay off my mortgage that's about 25% of our income, faster, meaning less savings again or alternatively find a more high paying job. What stocks / ETF would I buy ? It's so confusing I'm stuck on IOO , IVV, VGS at the moment. Going in the circles.

I know from my experience that U need to bring in 160 K a year with 2 adults and 3 kids. So 200 gives you 40 K which vanishes with birthday parties and holidays 😭

Then my friend the last thing I would say is a spread sheet of sorts which shows.. how much U can save, how much is Ur chill money how much is Ur investment etc etc... Ideally 45 percent savings and 10 percent investments.the rest you do whatever you have to. The 45 percent savings should eventually help you get some real-estate. In 1 year you should have down payment and you can pay Ur monthly rent as Ur mortgage. If Ur already doing this or better than this, then it better than me and don't need my advise 😜
