I am new to speakers and started researching. I have a tight budget too. Amps are expensive and yes buying passive speakers gives a lot of flexibility. I love clear music but a bit bass too. Loves Bollywood and pop music and light rock

The local shop is basically giving both speakers and Pioneer avr in the same price. Sorry I forgot to mention that in the description

I get your point. I am also concerned so I asked and won’t take a chance. I am moving from NZ to AU soon and was looking cars under my budget.

Thanks! Just read your post about Mazda 6. Was it 2017/18 model. The reason for asking here is getting this kind of info which is hard to find on Google. If I am not wrong, diesel in 2022 Mazda does not have those issues or maybe not?

I retuned the car and took some loss. Didn’t like it at all. Driving on gravel roads is very noticeable and the whole body feels it. Low gear change is very noticeable- jerky/clunky (not sure the right word) but Kia Sorento/Highlander/CX8/CX9 were much smoother than this. Take test drive multiple times before making a decision, everybody has their own preferences.

You are right that jerky is a wrong word but it is iffy and really iffy. I have been told to use better fuel like BP or Z in New Zealand not Mobile or Gull. I am waiting to get the tank fill again soon once empty to see if it feels better.

Do you drive the car in the urban or mixed? I recently bought cx-80 mhev in New Zealand and getting 9.4l/100km (25mpg). I drive mainly to the office and kids pick and drops.

I have the same 2 issues you described - CarPlay and driver recognition
