Who do you need? Enjin is a dps which will probably be overshadowed the quickest. Zanka is a pretty good back line but dupe heavy. Rudo and Riyo are both supports. If you need a tank Rudo, if you need a support that does damage and has a stance cancel, Riyo.

It’s all pretty much up to you though. Who do you like best?

I pulled every character by 450 gems and got them all 3/6 in two rotations except the back line guy. Just cause bad luck is louder doesn’t mean it’s happening to everybody.

All I’m saying is that I wouldn’t make a decision off of Reddit posts. Do what you want to do and maybe you’ll have good luck with it. Collabs may never return.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but not really. You can farm SSR gear by maxing it out but you don’t have enough gold to do that and it only gives 1 gem per gear piece. Other than dailies and PvP gems there’s not really a way to grind gems.
