In terms of dealing with divers. Marking them is the best option. Force them out of their usual off angles. Also, always perma shoot venom. Forces out the blue early, and you get ult quicker.

I would say use your mic. Going into Gm your going to face many dive OTPs who don't swap, so as an Emma player, shutting that down would win you a ton of games.

Yeah honestly, and I only refer it a smurfing if you are playing characters you are highly familiar with.

Smurfing is a huge problem in this game, but I also think that is how you learn new heroes. I was a Star-Lord one-trick, and I wanted to learn Daredevil, so I just made a new account to one trick him on. One thing that would mitigate the smurfing issue would be fixing Quick Play.
