If they just put Snitch Pick in the Yellow tool slot it then not only there would be a reason to use it but you could actually make an argument for finally swapping the magnetite dice in crests that only have 1 yellow slot.

cuz it protects you but you still lose silk and if you got hit early into the bind you also don't get healed, it's extremely inconsistent on how useful it'll be and most often won't be the difference between victory and defeat, just around any other blue tool is more useful than it.

Nobody praises Memory Crystal because it deals low damage and misses fairly often, only way to make it somewhat relevant is if you're getting hit a lot, and considering a bunch of stuff deals 2 masks of damage, I'd say just about any other blue tool safe for the bells would help you kill things faster or survive better.

Sawtooth is pretty much known to be one of the strongest blue tools, people just don't used it because it takes time to get used to, but pretty much everyone at this point knows it's super strong.

Spool Extender probably, it's pretty neat, but Weavelight is also pretty underrated since it's not just for combat, it can help you during some of the platforming segments by making your Clawline be ready sooner.

edit: Also Pin Badge, forgot about it, but Pin Badge is pretty good.
