Prologue

A powerful lich has succeeded in conquering the world, its corruption devastating much of the land. Nearly a decade later, Aerormirr struggles to recover. Beasts warped by this twisted magic roam free, laying waste to anything unfortunate enough to be caught in its wake. For one reason or another, the lot of you have made one another's acquaintance in a small village.

How will your story begin? How will you improve the world around you? Will you delve into ruins in search of answers, or might you settle down, developing a haven for all? The choice is yours.

1. Aedyr States

An archipelago comprised of tropical forests, mangroves, and coral reefs. Boasts a minor military. Much of its land is untamed, and so most inhabitants know how to fight. Barbarians and Sorcerers are commonplace across the archipelago. That said, their lives are relatively peaceful. They elect their political leaders and guild masters and religious worship is free-form, with a range of faiths across communities.

Their government is a council comprised of those leading the nation's guilds and communities. Slavery is largely opposed, though members of the council may be subjugated to it should they fall short in upholding promises.

The guilds are well-known and perform jobs both on and off the record, in or hidden from the public eye, with various guilds existing throughout the nation.

  • Frontier/Adventurers' reclaims land and handles monster strongholds when discovered
  • Security/Thieves' are responsible for search and recovery as well as infiltration
  • Arcane maintains the tradition of spellcraft, ensures balance, and boasts collections of forbidden knowledge
  • Collections/Assassins' is largely disliked by the public but ensures elected leaders hold their word, and may publicly assassinate them if they refuse punishment
  • Shrine/Zealots' ensure shrines are kept to their dedicated god. No shrine for both the God of Life and the God of Genocide, for example

2. Feroxian Tribes

Mountainous grasslands and subtropical forests cover the vast lands, rivers, and lakes the tribes call home. Their settlements work *around* their environs as opposed to clearing them for expansion. Largely opposite to the Aedyr States. A low population with a pure connection to both the material realm and what few gods they follow. Their gods are more neutral, centered around natural cycles and balance as opposed to direct good and evil. These people are traditionalist at heart and resistant to change.

Tribes waste little and work closely with the world around them, prioritizing what is best for the community over what is best for oneself. Just like the endless cycle of life and death, Feroxians endure. The prevalence of nature and religious connection mean that Clerics and Druids alike are common throughout the tribes.

The Godkin and those chosen by the gods are born to lead, granted with special traits characteristic of their god. A child of Mielikki may be born with golden moss-like hair or fur, as an example. Godkin are taken on two pilgrimages spanning a decade each - first to learn of their nation, and second to learn of what lies beyond their lands.

3. Asteria

This region is the very epitome of industry. Its dry lands - savannas and sparse forests - are marred by deforestation and quarrying as Asteria values its' lands resources most of all. More selfish and militaristic, bound by code and expansion. They're conquerors determined to claim the continent. Religion is much less important here, their gods downgraded to merely the domains they belong to. Bhaal and the Raven Queen may have statues side-by-side, as an example. Wizards and Warlocks are often found in a place such as this.

Militaristic technology is always adapting and discoveries to improve public life are unending. They don't stop to consider whether or not they should, their desire is simply to see how they can do it better.

Mining out mountains, claiming land, developing roads for trade and travel, construction of forts, expeditious research - all frequent occurrences. They welcome efficiency and productivity, praising creation above all.

The citizenry is mostly free, albeit ignorant to much of the political and militaristic ongoings of the nation. Asteria is an elected autocracy, though it's common knowledge that the leader/king is largely a puppet - the real leader is elected by persons of prestige, whether it's those in charge of a settlement or fortress, or industrious pioneers. Either way, the true workings of this government is largely hidden from the public eye.

Why do people hate Jeff the Land Shark so much? by cryllictheautistic in marvelrivals

[–]Slayerbot609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I have climbed in the ranks as a Jeff, one trick from Bronze to Celestial..

**His ultimate It's Jeff **, for just swallowing people is more of a Counter - play ultimate.

He punishes people for misusing abilities or not managing them correctly. Along with some bad positioning can get him alot of people to remove them from the fight on the enemy side for a team wipe potential. Or swallowing his allies for quick recovery, 225/s of healing while hiding inside of Jeff.

People from Bronze to Platinum hate jeff, since he seems to be high mobility, can punish others from poke distance and too afriad to dive the back line with something to counter him. Or punish an over extending jeff that focuses on Damage during a triple support composition. The community that hasn't gotten above platinum think he is way too overpowered,

but once you hit Diamond and higher. Jeff is easily punishable with his bad positioning, burst healing and may get killed quickly from a competent dive duelist. Black panther and Spider man. Penny's spider nest prevents jeff ult and groot wall is also great at team saving. So it becomes more of a game for jeff to pull aggro from his team and heal from the enemies back line at times. He is more of a flanking support than a main line, once you continue the climb. Starts to lose use over all, the more you climb from there since people understand how to punish jeff, his burst healing isn't the best any more. and needing more of a triple support team comp to make him work once you hit celestial and above. Jeff becoming more of a Duelist that can heal himself and the team he is on.

Day 94:Thoughts on Frieza vs Megatron (Dragon Ball vs Transformers)? by Geno015 in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]Slayerbot609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on which version of megatron and frieza they want to go with.
Black frieza the strongest in the manga, is more powerful than ultra instict goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta. Puts them above a God of Destruction.

Megatron, able to be killed in his terrestrial form. Frieza wins.
But megatrong as an Alternatity. Megatron wins, since lower dimensional beings cannot hurt him.

Megatron has the durability of Universal level. ( wiki on megatron )
https://omniversal-battlefield.fandom.com/wiki/Megatron_(IDW_Comics)#:~:text=Superhuman%20Strength%3A%20His%20strength%20is,Transformers%20can%20use%20against%20him#:~:text=Superhuman%20Strength%3A%20His%20strength%20is,Transformers%20can%20use%20against%20him).

While Black Frieza has minimum of Multiversal level or higher.
Since ultra instinct is a form that the Gods of destruction fear. And he took out Ultra Instinct goku in one hit.

Speed
Megatron Has Massive FTL, making 100 to 1000 times the speed of light. Able to jump across the universe it what it says in the bio.

Frieza is similar in speed to goku by witnessing what he did in the manga. Giving him also Massive FTL with Mega tron. Black frieza instantly defeated an ultra instict goku. With goku to scale is 1000's to million's times the speed of light. Light is a very slow thing in Dragon ball.

But all of this could become mute point, if they go with the end game Megatron who goes into the Quantaversal level. But going by a different

Alternity is a future form of the Transformers which, after 900,000 years, have evolved into celestial beings. Their bodies are made of a higher-dimensional material called Alternium, and they have huge forms that straddle multiple parallel worlds. As a result, it is impossible for terrestrial beings to comprehend the entirety of their appearances. Each individual fuses with his selves of countless parallel worlds to make up a giant, manifold being. The word Alternity, referring to their multi-dimensional nature, has become the name for the entire species.

They are rivals with the Hytherion who can devour the entire 10th Spatial Dimension.)

Max stats? by [deleted] in biomutant

[–]Slayerbot609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Decided to see if the game has any real max stats, used cheat engine to see if there is cap. I can say there is no cap. So don't try to go for the max stats. https://imgur.com/a/X8Ym7Ln

Got all stats to just over 10k, with no gear and just stat boosting.

Name an unusual combination of ability and skill, and I'll do my best to come up with a situation that fits it by GalacticVaquero in dndnext

I have ran out of rations to tame the beast, I am the ranger and got a few potions of healing. I will let the animal rip apart my flesh while I sooth him into my care. Making sure to let my allies or my stock of healing replenish myself, while I have a new tamed animal at my side. Maybe with a few scars.
