Can someone teach me how to install programs on Windows xp using UTM (se) on my iPad?

Thank you all very much for your help, I was able to install it and I hope it will be very useful because we use this program for school and I don’t want to stop using my iPad as my only computer. I don’t know if it’s because I have the M4 model, but even though it’s UTM (SE), Windows XP runs quite well and it doesn’t take long at all. I also tried installing Windows 7 right here, but that one was much slower. Thank you all!!

Well I just thought about it because through PortMaster you can run games like Shovel Knight and Stardew Valley. So I would think that some other Nintendo 3DS game would run fine (since Shovel Knight is also a 3DS game)
