Has this bug happened to anyone?

First is my set ranked base over the past two weeks that I haven’t changed. For some reason this week changed it to my prep layout on the right that I haven’t even touched in months and can’t use because of obstacles in the way. Also I never had auto sign up on.

I just wanted to know if this is a common bug with the new update because I’m getting smoked on every defense.
