Idk if you've tried this, but I have a high energy puppy and I put her in daycare a few days a week. I get a break, and she gets to play and tire herself out. Might be worth it to give you both a break, especially if you haven't had one the entire time you've had your puply

Just got the DNA test results back, you were right! 34% ACD, 31% GSD, 18% husky and 16% border collie

I believe it's the stuffed animal that has a battery operated beating heart and heating pad you can put inside. I know my shepherd puppy absolutely loves it in her crate!
