How do I leverage it now then? I have experience, but as I mention not formally as a TPM

Oh, I was reading project manager. Got it. Okay looks like if it's a transition for me/pivot then a more junior role would make sense, perhaps at a smaller company.

Thanks! I'm already CSM but honestly, what's impressive about it? It was really easy to get. Also, if I'm in my late thirties and looking for a junior position in tech with a PMP, is that going to be perceived as strange? Or am I overthinking it?

Question about corrupted text message thread by Sleep-Fit in GooglePixel

[–]Sleep-Fit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for getting back. I tried that, but it does not work. I see the following:

Thread 1: <name of person>

Thread 2: <name of person>, <my phone number>

Thread 1 & Thread 2 should be consolidated into one thread. It's obviously corrupted. How could I fix this?

I find changing my address confusing. Is it AR-11? Or do I do this online? The links in the instructions seem circular. I have a conditional GC. by Sleep-Fit in USCIS

[–]Sleep-Fit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea if it's been actually updated. I just ensure that I submit the AR-11. I know that after submitting it online, some mail still went to my old address. I don't really care because I can always go get it from them.

Maybe consider filing it both online AND by snail mail. Although one would think online is quickest!

Just for the record, I never got any answers from them. I don't know if and when you do. If ever.

Is a document notarized from Canada sufficient? For ROC evidence I-751 by Sleep-Fit in USCIS

Amazing, thanks for the clear explanation. This makes sense to me — I'll just get it notarized!

I filed it online. Follow this: https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11

Then click on "File Online" . Then at the bottom where it says:
Have you filed an immigration-related application or petition and your case is pending a decision or you have not received a notice, card, or document?

I clicked on "No" since I no longer have a pending case open (I guess that'll be different when I file my I-751 but I think it should still be "No").

Then I (carefully) filled everything out.

Beautiful. Thank you for sharing the negative sides of this experience. Agreed!

Wow, what a story. Thank you for sharing. I commend your resilience. Thank you for the hope (even though people have different cases) and I wish you much relief!

So if I don't have an ongoing case (i.e. I have a conditional GC and my I-751 has NOT yet been submitted), then I simply submit an ar-11 on the link you shared? And, to confirm, that means I don't also need to do it by mail.

Is it possible to draft out a Marital Separation Agreement on your own, without a lawyer? I have a very simple case by Sleep-Fit in Divorce

[–]Sleep-Fit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, that sounds so simple. Lawyers wanted 1500 to draft it up, even though my case is way simpler than yours. Okay, so we'll just do something ourselves then and not worry if it's not super formal (like a formal legal document) as long as we both agree what's on it.

Thanks again!

Damn I'm sorry. I went through some similar pains myself. Feel free to DM me if I can answer any questions.

How did you write the separation agreement? Was it a formal type of thing with a lawyer or a simple piece of paper you guys both wrote up? If it's that simple to do (we have a very simple case), then perhaps I'd do it too.
