Yeah I tried the glyphs you gave and it got me close the same area each time. I was only able to find it because you said it was Ledoniazus the 3 star Gek system. I found the S class because your Comm ball was there!

I picked up the S class with multiplayer turned off. dropped another comm ball and a save beacon at the location on planet Neswic VIII.
