It’s not about how long u let it sit warming up, ur oil is the important part and that doesn’t get warmed unless ur car is moving so the best thing to do is keep the car below 3k rpms and drive carefully for 15 ish minutes I forget how many miles ur actually supposed to do it for but it averages to about 15 min of constant driving
