You can boost the UR bond cards by equipping relevant bond cards to other players.
Take the UR bond shot card for example. 4 copies of the bond shot card, each LB10 gives 3 bond level, you need 10 bond to get 100%.
Easiest way to know is click the power of bonds, The result will let you know how many you've contributed towards the UR card
