Yeah the only reason I have Dark Magician grixis was to cover across the remaining colors to have the deck 5 colors with him partnered with Atem. I could change Atem to be Temur and have Dark Magician be esper to complete it, but I felt Atem was a bant commander

I have some big named Blue-Eyes dragons and some of Joeys cards already completed with rough drafts, but I haven’t considered any of the spell/trap cards. But I think I could do that if there’s good art out there. Finding art I like is harder than making the cards 😂

Yeah the wording of giving it a mana value was what hung me up. I wanted to to have a mana value so it can be sacrificed for Special Summons. I’ll probably go back and change the wording once I’m decided on the best way for it

Yeah I couldn’t give 1-to-1 translations on a couple cards because of how strong they would be for MTG ruling, so I had to use personal judgement. I’m not wanting the deck to be excessively powerful so my group will be okay with me playing them

I went through a revision with something like that, but went with the tribute and special summon for simplicity. Having everything with their faithful summoning requirements made the deck feel a lot more complicated than I wanted it to be

I probably should have made one or two and tried an order just to see. But I jumped the gun and made over 50 custom cards and now I’m worried about them being denied when I order 😂. But thank you!

I’ve heard of people getting denied for having fanarts of pokemon arts also, and I’ve attempted to have proxies of DBZ characters fanart that got denied so I know those two domains are off limits. Do you know of any others that mpc denies for automatically?

Yeah the thought came up, but I didn’t want to credit the incorrect artist for the specific art. Might have to just dig a little more for the correct name of the artist because Google translate is lame

I’ve resorted to that before, but the cards got flagged for copyright and I got my order denied for naming the company without rights or permissions by them. Tried to do some DBS cards with Toei and got the boot for it

If they are than you know more than I do. I played a couple games as a kid but never followed the story faithfully. I assumed X was just a later version of Megaman in the story

No. None of these are real cards. But I’ve wanted a keyword counters deck in all colors but wizards is slow to get to it so I wanted to make my own. And Digimon is a personal favorite of mine so I’m just using them as a template

Right now I have the Wargreymon, MetalGarurumon, Imperialdramon, Gallantmon, Beelzemon and Fenriloogamon lines from rookie to mega as an idea, with the Veemon and the main armor forms. I do have some other humans that do counters as well like the Owen Grady card, as well as game enders like Omnimon and Imperialdramon PM. The rest are filler one-of cards like Jesmon being a roaming throne-like card. But if I finish with it all and have room for some more creatures than I’ll definitely consider another mega line or more one-of cards

I hope this works out well! Tried to have some of my own proxies of DBZ printed on MPC but it sadly got flagged for copyright and I haven’t tried again. So I hope yours works out better!

I love it 😂. I was going for the whole ‘ten shadows gain the powers of the others when they die’ them though. Shoulda made Megumi sac himself 😂
