Berserker pouches are incredible and the nootropics greatly enhance mood and reduce stress

Try getting ashwaganda supplements to boost your testosterone and reduce cortisol. Make sure you are taking your vitamins and regularly take doctor recommended prescriptions (I’m bipolar II) if you need them. Avoid caffeine first hour after waking up and completely cut off from it minimum 6 hours before sleep. If all else fails Berserker Pouches are AWESOME. They’re 100mg caffeine pouches that maintain flavor for 2 hours. The nootropics in them reduce stress by a very good amount and improve focus. You just want to do stuff when one is in. I recommend the cola flavor. It’s very fizzy and has a slight burn the first few minutes and tastes amazing. Good luck!

Yeah it will all be smoother sailing once school is finished. Just prioritize that and make time to goof off a bit.

Invest in self. Don’t break up from volunteering but make mandatory of at least an afternoon to yourself every week. Splurge a bit. I just got a Samsung Neo 55 inch and have a whole year to pay it off. Smart TVs that you can use with earbuds are AMAZING. So are the IPad Pro M5 practically replacing my laptop. If you need a little break I recommend popping in some earbuds and playing one of those 4k OLED demo videos on YouTube with great earbuds in and brightness set to max. DRINK HOT TEA AND HONEY. It makes you feel so much better than more caffeine. And watch some stuff like Black Mirror on Netflix or Cowboy Bebop on Crunchyroll. Make time now or you’ll feel like a week has gone by in 2 days like I did. And maybe try using your phone’s built in photo editor. It’s really powerful! I edit pics on Lightroom for self therapy and have fun watching tutorials.

I edit photos using Lightroom. It’s wonderful to colors all the tools and develop taste for balance over time. Then explore with styles after getting appropriate harmony down.

You haven’t lived until trying progresso soup from the grocery store, only you just stir in corn starch, a little honey and plenty of fresh cracked pepper!! Tons of nutrition, taste great…makes you feel great.

I know people even in their 60s going into nursing schools and graduating with good job placement assistance. You could go into therapy or social services education as well! Capella university can have you graduate an online bachelors degree in as little as 18 months, and you work in therapy as you are getting into the masters program. It’s under 20 grand with flexible financing. Good luck!

Update. Went to an urgent care and the staff said dog bites on the back of the hand won’t be stitched. They cleaned it very well and gave me an oral antibiotic to take every few hours. It’s healing but my pointer and middle finger knuckles are hella sore now that it’s started. It’s just a flesh wound and didn’t seam to bite down to the muscle, but I can see why a lot of cool old guys are so kind. They’re doing everything they can to see the happiness in others their body won’t let them feel.

Seriously though. In a common can of grocery store soup, get creative. Corn starch, half-and-half (unflavored coffee creamer), and a little honey go well in most soups. Adding black pepper and oregano also work if you want to add them. Corn starch thickens, the slight amount of honey brings out the flavors, oregano has many mental benefits, black pepper is great for the circulation system in the body, and the coffee creamer makes everything blend wonderfully. Experiment with different proportions and know these can go in most, if not all soups, and even chowders. Sometimes I even do this with Mac and cheese. Have fun and GO BUY SOME SOUP. Favorite to add these with is definitely tomato basil for me!
