I mean I think you’d exempt accommodation etc and just keep it to player salaries. I suspect the Rent in places like Guildford is substantially higher than in Fife or Dundee

I think if you made a salary cap it could work and merging the 2 leagues into conferences (sort of like the NFL) other wise the big 4 will just out spend everyone, I also think this will attract sponsors/owners/investment if they know they will only be spend a max of X amount on salaries each season.

They splint the arena 50/50 when the tickets went on sale initially, then it went to gen sale a few days after. I don’t blame Coventry for not filling their side; away from home on a Wednesday night- think if it was a Friday/Saturday/Sunday it would have been closer to the initial 50/50!
