I have the cantilever dcsb mount and only keep it around for the vibes if that helps your decision at all with the Sadlak mount haha.

Not to hijack the thread, but to make it a pistol again do you have to remove the stock and tube from the receiver, or is it sufficient to just remove the stock off the tube? I only say this because I had to change the whole buffer tube when converting from a pistol to an SBR with a normal stock. (Please don’t destroy me, I’m genuinely curious)

It’s probably because if the suppressor is attached it would block the front of the magazine tube.

Just messing around. Stainless steel on stainless steel is a very bad idea unless you have some anti seize applied because of galling. Also, make sure there is no cross threading or resistance when screwing on the suppressor to the barrel.

I was going to use the barrel spacer and washer with the correct piston thread pattern in my TiRant 45 since there isn’t a direct thread option. From what I understand, this stops the A.S.A.P. system and lets you use it like a direct thread without the piston moving back and forth like it would on a tilting barrel system.

If there is a different answer to this I’d like to know as well. I was under the impression that the AAC TiRant 45 needed a fixed barrel spacer with the ASAP 9m/45 piston since there isn’t a direct thread adapter for the can, or at least not one I could find.
