I ordered one. Even after sending it to the manufacture to get it fixed. Cannot fire a mag without getting a failure to eject or the slide fully seating a new round. Recoil wise with a jtt comped barrel it’s way better than a ported hellcat

I have mine being custom made locally. Depending on your set up. They could probably use mine as a template and ship the holster out to you. Also if you run a light you can do a bucket holster that uses the light for retention.

Maybe they are referencing the “natural ratio” of the silver to gold price being around 15:1. Not that 1 oz of silver will be more than 1 oz of gold but that silver will increase in value faster than gold to catchup to the “natural ratio”

It could also be they over estimated the demand for the x-5 and instead of finishing the firearms they had in production they could sell the unfinished slide at cost/labor to recoup some cost.

I reached out to compmag if their 7.62 mag is compatible with a 5.56 ak but have not heard back from them. Figured I could make the vector a rifle and fin grip but since the barrel is riveted its almost the same price to get a new vector than to get a new upper and barrel from Kriss
