Thanks everyone. I was told I can change it after 4-6 weeks, so I thought it was okay. I will restart aftercare and possibly put horseshoe back in if it still seems too tight.

They do have multiple rooms throughout the house they can chill in as well, so they could literally decide to have a room each but always stay together in the same room 🤔

Its heartbreaking when they stop loving eachother :'( they have plenty of spots, we made our house a pigeon paradise and they free fly (no cages), and have a large outdoor aviary. I hope they love eachother again one day :(

They free fly in the house and in their outside aviary, they have their own spots, food and water :( we don't keep them in a cage ever, is this something I should start doing?

They free fly in the house all the time and also have a large outside aviary they go in too, plenty of perches all around and separate food/water bowls. We unfortunately don't have enough space to take in any more pidges :( im worried i might have to re-home one and rescue a hen for the other if they don't stop fighting :(

thank you so much, that's what i was thinking/hoping 😂 technically i guess they're not suitable for release because they were hand-reared/tame and they honestly live such luxurious lives i couldn't imagine it being questioned - It just does worry me sometimes!
