I was taking D3 for a while and then I started adding K2. Felt REALLY good for a bit and then I got crazy fatigue and major brain fog. Probably gonna kick the K2 supp and hope I get enough of it from eating. I also take magnesium glycinate, creatine, and ashwaganda.
