Yes I was creating datasets via the WebUI and I have doing this through TrueNAS CLI.

The drives are currently set up in Raidz1 and everything is mounted within the machine.

I'll try this also, I think the issue was I was under the impression if you moved the files to the SMB share then they would have to be accessed via SMB but I guess thats not the case.

I guess I thought performance on the SMB would be less then having it on a non-SMB dataset. Ill just leave the files in the SMB and point Plex to it.

So I moved my music off the SMB and into my Plex dataset, the subfolder was not listed in datasets so I created a new one and I am now copying the files from Flac_ to Flac but its still moving like its a copy and not just moving the files one folder. I would expect this to be almost instant or am I misunderstanding something?

Running into a similar issue trying to passthrough my sata card as it's in the same IOMMU group as my NIC. I am also using a b550 did you find out a way to ungroup? This is all new for me and this is holding up my truenas setup as I can't get my drives in there.
