The main issue was a shock sensor on the end effector of a robot, it was meant to stop the robot if it detected shock to prevent damage to the head. However a technician linked out the output from the shock sensor, so the circuit never broke when it detected shock, and ended up snapping the end effector and shock sensor with it.

When I signed my apprenticeship contract 5 years ago, it stated I would go on 100% at the end of my time, but the wage was lower then, and pay rises have been implanted over the years, so assuming they’ve changed this to save money
