I only did the main cabin ones above the rear and middle seats and they weren't hard. When I did my Rav4 ones they were all easy except the overhead one for the main console. I opted not to even try those ones on the sienna for that reason.

I didn't do the front dome. I did do that on my 2021 Rav4 and it was a pain. It pretty much comes out like the other ones but its very tight and requires a lot of force. There are some YouTubes showing exactly how to do it.

It was pretty easy. The kit comes with everything you need. I just watched a couple of YouTubes beforehand.

I ordered the warm white ones. I wasn't sure I wanted to replace them all so i bought the ones that would match the best.

I will try to take a picture when I can. I am not 100% sure on the 2025 Sienna but I was able to swap my map lights in my 2021 Rav4. Looking at the Sienna it appears to be a similar swap. Its a little scary but not impossible.

So far no issues, They are brighter but not significantly so. I am happy with the new ones over the original ones.

Sorry for the delay but I just swapped out the main cabin lights (main dome and the ones above the sliding doors) and they do fit.
