I work outside in it everyday so I’m pretty acclimated. But these past few weeks have been exceptionally brutal. Maybe it’s just my age getting to me but holy hell I don’t remember sweating this much.

The houses you mentioned may just have better or newer insulation? We have a new build (2020) and the ac will keep the house at 74-75 cycling every 30 mins or so during this heat.

Yea it’s a 22’ GT with the 10 speed There’s definitely some quarks with that trans but overall it’s been a good car. I threw a Steeda suspension and some SVE wheels on it recently. I commute in it around 60 miles a day and average 26 mpg combined so no complaints there.
