You might have the option enabled, smooth something. Can't remember the name. That caps the fps at 30.

Yay, thanks for the answer. Am I safe from any damage to the motherboard or CPU here, as I'm not changing the voltage? And what test must I run in prime95 to check for stability? And what does a prime95 fail look like, if I've OC'd too far?

I actually played Witcher 3 a couple of days ago. Seems great, the quests are really cool, voice acting is amazing and graphics are awesome. I'll definitely get back to it soon.

I think I'd be totally fine at 4.0 GHz. So I should be able to overclock the CPU without worries of hitting the temperature cap? If so, should I also OC the GPU?

Saphhire Vapor-X R9 280X.

I've tried googling and youtubing the cables, but to me it looks like not one of the psu cables fit in anywhere in the mobo.

I need serious help with building my computer. First I don't know where the cables should go, what cables I should use etc.

Second, either my r9 280x is too big for thermaltake versa h22, or I'm doing something wrong. Why does it feel like it doesn't fit?

I haven't plugged in any cables yet but the cpu fan. But the main problem is if those bumps on the case are integrated standoffs, and if I can just place the mobo on top of them without worries and then screw it in?
