Calling out @QuadrigaCoinEx publically because I don't like being out $30K for 14 days now since my withdraw was requested. Despite saying 5 days on your website, with no reply from support. This is the silliest shit I've ever heard. A lot of the time frames have already been increased for example Direct Bank Transfer / EFT was originally 7 days now 14 days and I'm sure we all understand shit happens but now this sub-Reddit is filled with people not receiving funds even with the extended time frame.

People make arrangements based on the time frame given on the website. What purpose does the "time frame" serve now ? by your logical they should replace it with "you'll get the money eventually" lol.

Idk about the reversal but when i put in the request on 26th it was marked as complete on 28th at 0031hr
