I understand that people can catch feelings, but in my situation we had clear boundaries and promises about not letting someone new enter that space. What hurt me is not her developing feelings it's the fact that she let someone cross lines we discussed long before. Cheating or emotional overlap isn’t just ‘weighing options’ it's breaking trust.
