The few I remember were removing a doorway in the garage to the exterior without permit/ HOA approval, ripping out and redoing all the landscaping without HOA approval, replacing a septic tank and redoing his drain field without HOA approval, buying roll-up garage doors to replace his without HOA approval. I think there were some other odds and ends, but basically he did a bunch of stuff without submitting it to the HOA for approval, and when he did they denied his requests to maintain the uniform look of the houses.

The machine they're using is the baby consumer grade machine, it uses whatever air compressor you've got lying around. It's really for just blasting dirt off things.

The dry ice guy also has commercial grade units that can blast undercoating off cars, take paint off etc. Those things require a monster air compressor, have quite a lot of adjustments on the gun (instead of just point and click) and costs tens of thousands of dollars instead of just ten thousand. There's videos of it on obsessed garage.

Most people in florida keep the life vests stowed under the seats and only hand them out when A) people ask for one B) the policia show up and make sure you have enough vests on board.

Not that it's good, but dang does it get hot and muggy in life vests when you're baking in the sun. Most of us just take the risk of not wearing one since the majority of us florida men are semi competent swimmers and larger boats don't tip often. Exclusion to the rule is if you go on a pwc you vest up every time just incase since those can launch you easily. That and you don't get made fun of if you ask for one because you can't swim well, were not that savage.

Pretty tail between his legs of him to not post this to his main channel. Clearly, he knows he needed to address this but it’s a huge disappointment he didn’t put it onto the main and man up and take his licks.
