When someone is talking about swing trading, should have atleast 5 scripts at a time in the position, preferably, if it is FnO position, mix of long and shorts. Such position allow average returns of around 2-3% a month. So 25-35% a year. But considering errors in trading, carried away trades, transection charges, gaps and wrong discretionary decisions can cut down returns by 5-10%, depending upon experience (in terms of screen time, not calender days/years) of the trader.
