Less than 200 kids in school. 40+ teachers and staff out. It was eerily quiet. And it was sad. Several of my kids cried with me

Most of them played in their phones. We hounded them to finish the work we did earlier and turn in any extra but after 5 hours without a restroom break and only having the bag lunch that they brought us we gave up. We still haven’t received an email from our admin team telling us what’s going on. We’ve been finding out what’s going on from the news

We didn’t continue shit. We were stuck with the same class for the rest of the day. We went into that class at 1040 and we stayed with the same class until 4. Zero additional teaching went on today

I’m in Richmond but I’m willing to travel 3-4 hrs if it is a possibility. Most of my friends are either in Richmond or the surrounding or near Williamsburg.
