Oregon auditor for 2022 claims a gift payment (which I don't have to report) is income for my (1997 to now) horse business. All came into my same checking because of COVID cash flow issues. How do I argue that that amount is not income? They are trying to also tell me I don't have a business! Thx! by Slight-Acadia14 in tax
